Meet Mike Kloberdanz, Marketing and Resource Development Director for Sun Valley Lodge. Sun Valley is a non-profit assisted living and retirement community that’s been helping local seniors for over 40 years. Mike has dedicated his career to working closely with people who need help, and has been with Sun Valley Lodge for three years.

“The key cornerstone for us is the personal touch.  You have to spend time with people and not rush things.  It’s important to take that extra time,” Mike says. 

Mike extends his personal touch into all of Sun Valley’s local marketing. He strives to develop strong word-of-mouth referrals from his patients and their families. And, we  use new digital tools to supplement word-of-mouth. “While you can’t do better than word-of-mouth,” Mike notes, “you can’t depend on it.  I like to use the Internet, too.  When someone finds us online, I direct them to satisfied customers to learn more about us.  And when we get word-of-mouth calls, I direct them to our website to learn more about why we’re the right choice.”
